Meet The Team
Julie Poske, CPC, QPA
President
Julie recently purchased the company in January 2012 from its original founder, Anthony L. Palmer. Prior to purchasing the company, she served as the Director of Administration of Palmer Pension Services, Inc. for over eighteen years. With almost thirty years of Pension Administration experience, Julie has a unique understanding of retirement planning and design. Her strong technical background makes her a great asset and resource in the retirement community.
After graduating from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, she achieved her ASPPA designations of a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) and a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA).
Julie's focus at Palmer Pension Services, Inc. is primarily that of a Retirement Plan Consultant and Senior Pension Administrator. Since taking over the firm, she partnered with several financial advisors and platform providers in order to offer our clients a wide array of expertise and selection. Julie has also developed a network of Brokers, Agents, Accountants, and Attorneys who seek her plan design expertise for their customers.
Mary F. Noor, QKA
Senior Pension Administrator
Mary joined Palmer Pension Services, Inc. in 1993. She has been in the pension industry since 1984. Mary received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of New Haven. She began her career in Connecticut with an Investment Advisory Firm prior to moving to the Atlanta area in 1984. Prior to working for Palmer Pension Services, Inc., Mary worked for a major consulting and actuarial firm in Atlanta with her main focus on Defined Benefit Plan administration and compliance. Mary earned her ASPPA 401(k) Qualified Administrator (QKA) designation while at Palmer Pension Services, Inc.
Valerie Jankowski, QKA
Pension Administrator
Valerie joined Palmer Pension Services, Inc. in October 2020. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Georgia State University and has her Paralegal Certification from Emory University. Prior to working for Palmer Pension Services, Inc., Valerie worked at a local law firm in Atlanta. Valerie has passed the Retirement Plan Fundamentals Certification program and recently obtained her ASPPA 401(k) Qualified Administrator (QKA) designation.
